An existing client is someone who has successfully logged into the Shape MD Client Web Portal before. There are two ways to gain access to the Shape MD Client Web Portal. One way is that you have received a service from Shape MD in the past, and you have requested and have been granted access to the Client Web Portal. The other way, is that you have filled in, and submitted, the Client Account form, as part of the on-line new client sign-up process.
