A new client is someone who has never had an appointment with any provider at Shape MD and you have not been referred to our clinic. If you have ever had an appoinment with any provider at Shape MD, OR you have been referred in, but do not have an appointment yet, you already have a client account, but you may not have been given access to the Client Web Portal. Existing clients can phone the clinic to gain access to the Client Web Portal. If you attempt to create a Client Web Portal account and you have been referred in, your attempt to create a Client Web Portal account will be blocked. In which case, you just have to phone the clinic to get access.
